All Blues offers free standard shipping on all orders within Sweden, delivered by Postnord in 1-2 days.



For customers living within the European Union, free standard shipping is offered on all orders above €200. However, orders below this amount will be charged a shipping fee of €10 at checkout. Orders shipped with standard UPS shipping are delivered in 3-5 days. You will also get the option to select express shipping, which comes with an extra fee of €20. Orders shipped with UPS express shipping are delivered in 1-2 days.


Rest of world

For customers living outside the European Union, free standard shipping is offered on all orders above €250. However, orders below this amount will be charged a shipping fee of €20 at checkout. Orders shipped with standard UPS shipping are delivered in 2-5 days. The shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches the country of destination. Please note that the delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.



Each purchase is insured by All Blues during the time of transit, from when it leaves our office until it is delivered to you.


Credit cards

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express as credit card payments. All Blues does not charge the credit card as this is on hold until the shipment date, which is when the pack­age is dis­patched. However, the order amount will be deducted from your credit card by the time you place your order.



You can also pay with a PayPal account, which you can log into or register for. PayPal stores your card and bank infor­mation, en­abling you to pay without sharing your payment details with All Blues.

Returns & exchanges

All Blues accepts returns and/or exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You must return the items in unused condition and All Blues will only accept returns if labels and original packaging are fully intact. All Blues is not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to the All Blues office. The return shipping fee is not covered by All Blues, therefore the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fee. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can request a return authorization by contacting us at Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below.



Purchased items are only exchangeable into a different size and/or color upon receipt of returned items and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped back to the customer free of charge. Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited through the original purchaser’s payment method. All Blues will issue a full refund if the complete order is returned. Please note that All Blues will not refund the return shipping fee. In case we receive a written notice and proof of return within 14 days upon arrival, All Blues will issue a refund at the latest on day 14. Please note that All Blues will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may occur for orders outside of the European Union. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.

Product care

Each All Blues piece is handcrafted and requires delicate handling. All products are made from recycled sterling silver, which can oxidize over time by exposure to the air and substances from the skin. Never wear your jewellery when in the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi or the shower. To prevent the jewellery from oxidizing, we recommend you to store the product inside the accompanied jewellery pouch when not worn. In case of heavy oxidation, please use reducing agent (silver polishing cloth or a silver sparkle bath) to clean the piece, which should be stocked at most local goldsmiths. Please note that our bracelets can be adjusted slightly in size by tightening or loosening the bangle carefully. However, make sure to only do this once, as it might break if done frequently (please see Quality guarantee for more info).


18ct gold vermeil

Please be aware that our gold plated products are just that – plated. This means that the base is of sterling silver, plated with a thick layer of 18ct gold. We cannot guarantee how long the gold layer will be in impeccable condition, as it depends on how it is worn and handled. Avoid direct contact with water and chemical products e.g. soap and perfume.

Quality guarantee

If you receive a faulty and/or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. All Blues’ quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. All Blues cannot be held responsible for defects due to: Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (e.g. cracks from adjusting a bracelet to vigorously or frequently). Aesthetical changes, defects and damage due to normal wear/tear and aging.
